Update in 2022: X735 V2.5 has been update to X735 V3.0 version with width voltage DC 6V-30V input on march 28th 2022 and remove latching switch port. You must install shell script to enable the PWM fan to work since it need PWM signal to run, refer to X735 Software on WiKi.

Product Description
The X735 V3.0 is the latest updated version from X735 V2.5, which release in March 2022. There maybe mixed stock of X735 V2.5 &V3.0 in stock, please note. Some new features of X735 V3.0: Support width voltage DC 6V-30V input (only DC port), you still can use 5V PSU via Type-C or Micro USB port. The DC connector is changed from DC5525 to DC5521. Replace the L-SW jumper with FAN FS jumper to control the PWM fan; (Because we found that there are some beginners who don't know how to install the script to make the PWM fan run, or the installation script doesn't support 3rd party OS, at this time, you just need to remove the FAN FS jumper, the PWM fan will run at full speed.) The 4-PIN self-locking latching switch interface has been removed and replaced by a 5V output connector ; Important Note: This script guide is only for X735 V2.5 shield based on RASPBIAN. There are 5 version of X735: V1.0, V2.0, V2.1, V2.5, V3.0; Version 3.0(Updated and release on March 27th 2022): Update History: On March 2022, we release the final version X735 V3.0 whichsupport width voltage DC 6V-30V input (only DC port), Replace the L-SW jumper with FAN FS jumper to control the PWM fan, and the 4-PIN self-locking latching switch interface has been removed and replaced by a 5V output connector. On November 8th, 2019, we release the newest version X735 V2.1, change jumper 'FAN_HS' to 'AUTO ON' function; as we found 'AUTO ON' function is more useful to user. On August 12th, 2019, it updated to X735 V2.0: add the TYPE C port to POWER the Raspberry Pi 4; (remain the other DC, MICRO USB and XH2.54 power port), and also compatible with Raspberry Pi 3B+ and previous versions. The X735 is a multifunctional expansion board for all current models of the Raspberry Pi using a 40-pin header. It provides intelligent and safe power management, safe shutdown and full poweroff through software, an automatic temperature controlled fan which enables the use of the Raspberry Pi in extreme conditions including very high temperature environments.
